TERMS OF USE — 25/10/2026 Operator and contact The LaCasa by Kapana website is operated by Камола ООД (Kamola OOD). The restaurant is at 24 Zagreb St, Kapana, Plovdiv. Phone: 088 780 5009. Email: lacasaplovdiv@outlook.com. Menu and services The website presents the restaurant and menu and allows bookings without a customer account. Selling prices are in euros. Ask the team about allergens in a specific dish before ordering. Dish presentation may differ from photographs. Reservations Provide an accurate name, phone, email, date, time and party size. Times use Bulgaria's local time (Europe/Sofia); dates use day/month/year. A booking is saved only after a confirmation with a reference appears. Keep your private management link. A message offering telephone assistance is not a confirmation. Start times run from 11:45 to 21:30 in 15-minute intervals. A seating preference does not guarantee a specific table. The last start time is not a deadline for leaving the restaurant. No deposit is required, there is no no-show fee and there are no additional booking conditions. Change or cancel a future confirmed booking through the private link; call us if online action is unavailable. Please let the team know if your plans change. Optional choices Wine is optional, without advance payment; the team receives your selection. Consent to marketing email is separate, optional and may be withdrawn without affecting the reservation. External platforms Orders, delivery and payments through Bolt Food, Wolt and Glovo follow their own terms. Social networks and Tripadvisor are external websites. The Google map loads only following your choice. Appropriate use Do not use the site for unauthorized access, abuse or interference. Contact us for assistance or complaints.
